Enough to say that with Carey we had a speedy Border Collie.
Andrew ran her & on the odd occasion when he had to work I would & I thought that all my Christmases had come at once.
Carey started off with a bang, gaining her 1st pass & 1st place in April 1997 & her title in July that year, then in October that year she gained her first pass in Open, again gaining first place in her ring.
She gained her title in Novemeber 1997.
Carey continued to compete in both Open & Masters Agility placed in the top 3 places nearly every time, & gained her Masters title in November 1998 with 1st place in the ring.
Carey gained her Novice jumping title in March 2001 & her Open Title in July of that year.
Her places are too numerous to count, but her trophies speak for themselves.
She continued to compete well into 2002 but back problems kept occurring so she was retired, but she continued for a couple of years after that on the lower height showing the young ones how it was done at Agility training, she just loved it.
Now having a much deserved rest, being driven around visiting her doggie friends & being loved to death by my youngest Grandson Blake.
On Sunday the 2nd September 2007 Andrew had to put Carey to sleep as her body functions went into shutdown, she now joins her Mum "Echo" & half Brother "Rambo " at rainbow bridge.
Sadly missed by all.
